Order Processing

All orders placed on myperfumes.co.uk are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a dispatch notification once your parcel has been shipped.

Please note: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (midday) GMT may not be dispatched until the following business day. During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer.

UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Signed For with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 business days. A signature will be required upon delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery region.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom (England, Wales, and Scotland). We hope to offer international shipping in the future — follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

Fragrance Shipping Information

As a fragrance retailer, please be aware of the following:

  • All perfumes are classified as flammable liquids and are shipped in compliance with UK postal and courier regulations.
  • Fragrances are carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent breakage during transit.
  • Each order is securely boxed and sealed to ensure your perfume arrives in perfect condition.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can track your parcel via the Royal Mail website or app.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your dispatch email for tracking information to become active.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. MyPerfumes UK is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-dispatch may incur additional shipping charges.

Failed delivery: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local delivery office.

Missing parcels: If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours first. If the item is still missing, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
